EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

Linda is the co-founder of ReLAUNCH, driven by a passion for serving society’s most at-risk unhoused individuals. Drawing on her Fortune 500 experience in Accounting, Logistics, and Human Resources, she excels at building relationships, fostering collaboration, and breaking down silos. Her work helps ReLAUNCH tackle systemic issues at the root of chronic homelessness and recidivism, creating lasting change through powerful partnerships.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Joe spent almost 30 years as an award winning multimedia journalist at a South Florida newspaper, covering everything from presidential visits to local food stories. 

His career path changed after documenting the opioid epidemic, including a month spent telling visual  stories of people recovering from addiction. 

When the opportunity arose to join ReLAUNCH and help address the crisis directly, he knew it was the right next step.

DIRECTOR OF HOMELESS SERVICES & CO-FOUNDER

As a co-founder of ReLAUNCH, Sarah  brings fierce determination and a “no isn’t good enough” mindset to her role as Director of Homeless Services. Driven by both professional expertise and lived experience, she skillfully navigates the complex barriers individuals face when seeking help.

With multiple degrees and entrepreneurial experience, Sarah is a powerful advocate for those ReLAUNCH serves—relentlessly working to ensure every person has access to the support, dignity, and opportunities they deserve.

DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH

 As Director of Day Space Programming at ReLAUNCH, Dusty brings both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to the role. Drawing on four years of experience as an alcohol and drug counselor — and informed by personal experiences with homelessness and recovery — Dusty leads with empathy, resilience, and a strong commitment to helping others rebuild their lives and futures.

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Dylan is a fundraising professional with a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and nearly five years of experience building sustainable fundraising systems. After earning his master’s degree, he found his calling in mission‑driven work, helping organizations translate community needs into clear plans, strong partnerships, and the resources required to make them real.

Dylan’s approach blends data‑minded strategy with a deep respect for the people nonprofits exist to serve. He has led grant development, donor engagement, and organizational storytelling across multiple programs, always with an eye toward long‑term impact and ethical, transparent communication.

SHELTER MANAGER

Colin is a senior at the University of Tennessee specializing in nonprofit management, with a passion for supporting people in crisis with dignity and respect.

He began volunteering with the city’s warming shelter initiative in January 2024, gaining firsthand experience in both operations and the realities of homelessness. After logging more than 350 volunteer hours, Colin joined ReLAUNCH as a shelter supervisor in December 2025.

In his role, he oversees nightly operations, including check-ins, capacity, and emergency response during extreme weather. Colin is committed to creating a safe, respectful environment where individuals feel supported and community can grow.

CASE MANAGER

Emily is a community outreach advocate with four years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness. As part of ReLAUNCH Back Into Life and Making a Difference in Knoxville, she works to help vulnerable individuals reconnect with resources, find stability, and rebuild their lives. Emily is passionate about service, compassion, and creating meaningful change in her community.

CASE MANAGER

Nick is a dedicated advocate for second chances and long-term recovery at ReLAUNCH. A former addict who also experienced homelessness, Nick draws from his own journey to fuel his passion for helping others rebuild their lives. His approach combines compassion with accountability, focusing on real-world solutions that support sobriety, employment, and long-term stability.

Working closely alongside those he mentors, Nick provides hands-on guidance, structure, and encouragement every step of the way. Supported by his wife, Sabrina, and their 2-year-old daughter, Millie, he is committed to creating opportunities for others to not just start over, but build something stronger than before.

KITCHEN MANAGER

Josh is a Knoxville-based outreach advocate and founder of Making a Difference Knoxville. Josh is dedicated to serving the unhoused community and helping individuals rebuild their lives. With over three years of experience, he leads with compassion, consistency, and a deep belief in human connection.

By meeting people where they are, Josh builds trust and walks alongside them toward stability, dignity, and renewed purpose. His mission is simple: to serve, uplift, and help Knoxville’s street family relaunch back into life.

COORDINATOR

Brenda is deeply passionate about helping the unhoused community, driven by her own journey of resilience and recovery. Having spent five years in a recovery home, she understands firsthand the challenges of rebuilding stability and finding hope during difficult times. Her experiences have inspired her to give back, offering compassion, support, and encouragement to those facing hardship. 

Brenda is committed to making a difference by helping others feel seen, valued, and empowered to move forward

SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Jennifer brings a unique blend of experience, resilience, and compassion to her role as Supervisor of Security at ReLAUNCH. After successfully operating her own junkyard business for a decade, she transitioned into the security field, where she has served with professionalism and dedication for the past three years.

A natural advocate for those less fortunate, Jennifer is passionate about creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone. At ReLAUNCH, she has found purpose in a role that allows her to combine strong leadership with empathy—ensuring security is not just about protection, but about dignity, understanding, and support for those in need.
