Joe spent almost 30 years as an award winning multimedia journalist at a South Florida newspaper, covering everything from presidential visits to local food stories. 


His career path changed after documenting the opioid epidemic, including a month spent telling visual  stories of people recovering from addiction.

When the opportunity arose to join ReLAUNCH and help address the crisis directly, he knew it was the right next step.

Dylan is a fundraising professional with a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and nearly five years of experience building sustainable fundraising systems. After earning his master’s degree, he found his calling in mission‑driven work, helping organizations translate community needs into clear plans, strong partnerships, and the resources required to make them real.


Dylan’s approach blends data‑minded strategy with a deep respect for the people nonprofits exist to serve. He has led grant development, donor engagement, and organizational storytelling across multiple programs, always with an eye toward long‑term impact and ethical, transparent communication.

Colin is a senior at the University of Tennessee specializing in nonprofit management, with a passion for supporting people in crisis with dignity and respect.


He began volunteering with the city’s warming shelter initiative in January 2024, gaining firsthand experience in both operations and the realities of homelessness. A

Colin is a senior at the University of Tennessee specializing in nonprofit management, with a passion for supporting people in crisis with dignity and respect.


He began volunteering with the city’s warming shelter initiative in January 2024, gaining firsthand experience in both operations and the realities of homelessness. After logging more than 350 volunteer hours, Colin joined ReLAUNCH as a shelter supervisor in December 2025.


In his role, he oversees nightly operations, including check-ins, capacity, and emergency response during extreme weather. Colin is committed to creating a safe, respectful environment where individuals feel supported and community can grow.

Nick is a dedicated advocate for second chances and long-term recovery at ReLAUNCH. A former addict who also experienced homelessness, Nick draws from his own journey to fuel his passion for helping others rebuild their lives. His approach combines compassion with accountability, focusing on real-world solutions that support sobriety, employment, and long-term stability.

Working closely alongside those he mentors, Nick provides hands-on guidance, structure, and encouragement every step of the way. Supported by his wife, Sabrina, and their 2-year-old daughter, Millie, he is committed to creating opportunities for others to not just start over, but build something stronger than before.
