After earning his master’s degree, he found his calling in mission‑driven work, helping organizations translate community needs into clear plans, strong partnerships, and the resources required to make them real.
Dylan’s approach blends data‑minded strategy with a deep respect for the people nonprofits exist to serve. He has led grant development, donor engagement, and organizational storytelling across multiple programs, always with an eye toward long‑term impact and ethical, transparent communication.

Colin is a senior at the University of Tennessee specializing in nonprofit management, with a passion for supporting people in crisis with dignity and respect.
He began volunteering with the city’s warming shelter initiative in January 2024, gaining firsthand experience in both operations and the realities of homelessness. A

Colin is a senior at the University of Tennessee specializing in nonprofit management, with a passion for supporting people in crisis with dignity and respect.
He began volunteering with the city’s warming shelter initiative in January 2024, gaining firsthand experience in both operations and the realities of homelessness. After logging more than 350 volunteer hours, Colin joined ReLAUNCH as a shelter supervisor in December 2025.
In his role, he oversees nightly operations, including check-ins, capacity, and emergency response during extreme weather. Colin is committed to creating a safe, respectful environment where individuals feel supported and community can grow.
