Phase 1: The Landing Pad
- SHELTER and STABILIZATION: We are aggressively working to establish a centralized and comprehensive 24-hour low-barrier shelter with access to sustenance and stability.
- CASE MANAGEMENT: Once stabilized, we transition into critical case management. We optimize access to resources through centralizing and partnering with existing community organizations. This enables interested adults to access resources to achieve longer-term stability. Such as: Food and Water, Clothing, Long-Term Housing, Healthcare, Communication, Vital Records, Transportation, and more.
Phase 2: The Learning Pad
- Education breaks the cycle! We are committed to helping every participant learn how to fill the gaps in their lives to overcome the cycles which led them to us.
- We will continue to partner with adjacent agencies to help adults access learnings around: Health, Wellness, Workforce Preparedness, Nourishment, Hygiene, Mental Health Awareness, Sex Education, Smoking Cessation, Addiction Support, Financial Literacy, Communication with Modern Technology and more.
Phase 3: The Launching Pad
- We understand the value of rebuilding. Literally! We are offering vocational training in the field of construction to those willing and interested to learn.
- Utilizing our recovering population, we are creating a cycle of healing, learning and stability. A place where individuals are accepted and valued.
- We have discovered exponential success through the model of developing humans through meaningful work and compassion.
- Even a small bit of confidence in someone can create a world of hope for that person.
- This process provides a revenue stream back into the organization to support the sustainability of this important cause.
