WHO ARE WE?
- We are a team of passionate individuals who have watched addiction ravage lives.
- We have observed the squalor which homelessness brings to our city and neighborhoods.
- We have lost precious humans who didn't make it through our failing system.
- We have experienced what it takes to recover and how to help others recover.
- We have witnessed the power of addicts helping addicts.

CREATING PATHWAYS FROM HOMELESSNESS TO STABILITY
- SHELTER and DAY SPACE with RESOURCES, for people experiencing homelessness, is one of Knoxville's most basic and unmet needs.
- Our current social system has gaps which prevent the successful reintegration of adults coming out of recovery and incarceration. This gap leads to greater risk of chronic homelessness and reoccurrence of addiction and crime.
- Stabilizing resources and shelter to usher individuals off the street are out of reach to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Many people fall through the cracks of faith and sobriety-based homeless shelters.
HOW DO WE HELP?
- ReLAUNCH meets people where they are and connects them directly with housing, services, and supportive relationships.
- Focuses on individuals at highest risk of chronic homelessness, including those exiting incarceration, treatment, or unstable situations.
- Provides low‑barrier access to stabilization supports to prevent individuals from falling through service gaps.
- Strengthens Knoxville’s safety net by coordinating with local agencies and community partners.
- Acts as a liaison to streamline access to shelter, treatment, employment pathways, and long‑term resources.
- Reduces duplication, improves service navigation, and ensures continuous, comprehensive care.
- Works toward making homelessness in Knoxville rare, brief, and non‑recurring through both direct engagement and system‑level coordination.
